1. Parties

 

This Agreement is made between the following parties:

 

Service Provider:

(Hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”)

 

Service Receiver:

All users who register as members on the Gourmetsalubrioustreats.com website and purchase services.

(Hereinafter referred to as “Service Receiver”)

 

2. Subject

 

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the purchase of educational, course, consultancy, or online workshop services provided by the Service Provider through the website.

 

3. Service Information

 

The type, scope, duration, and other details of the service vary according to the service selected and specified by the Service Receiver at the time of purchase. The Service Receiver declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the details of the relevant service.

 

4. General Provisions

 

4.1 The Service Receiver acknowledges that they have read and are aware of all information regarding the type, scope, price, and payment method of the services specified in Article 3, and have given the necessary approval electronically.

 

4.2 The Service Receiver is obliged to fully and completely pay the service fee using the specified payment methods.

 

4.3 If the Service Provider cannot provide the service on time due to force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances, it must inform the Service Receiver. In this case, the Service Receiver may request the cancellation of the order or the postponement of the service until the obstructive situation is resolved.

 

4.4 The Service Receiver may not transfer or sell the purchased service to third parties.

 

5. Service Cancellation and Refund Conditions

 

5.1 The Service Receiver cannot request a cancellation or refund after making a payment for the purchased service.

 

5.2 In case the Service Provider cannot provide the service due to force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances, the Service Provider will offer an alternative service or refund the service fee to the Service Receiver.

 

6. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

7. Competent Court

 

The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

 

8. Effectiveness

 

This Agreement enters into force upon the Service Receiver’s registration on the website and remains in effect as long as the Service Receiver maintains their membership. By registering, the Service Receiver declares that they accept all the provisions of this Agreement.
