Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large peaches

  • 1-2 angelica or plum plums

  • A handful of raisins

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate


Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour

  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 2-3 tablespoons of almond milk (adjust according to the texture of the flour)

Preparation


  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Prepare Fruit Mix: Slice peaches and plums, mix with raisins, olive oil, and apple juice concentrate.

  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine buckwheat flour, gluten-free oat flour, sorghum, cinnamon, unsweetened vanilla, and baking soda.

  4. Combine Mixtures: Slowly add almond milk to dry ingredients until smooth. Gently fold in fruit mixture.

  5. Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. Serving: After it cools, cut into bars. If you wish, you can add date caramel on top.
