Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentil flour

  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons Tapioca starch

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • A little black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of dried vegetables,

  • 1.5 cups of water

  • 1 cup grated zucchini

  • 1/2 cup diced capia pepper

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup grated carrots

Preparation

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine lentil flour, gluten-free baking powder, tapioca starch, salt, pepper, and dried vegetables.

  3. Add Liquid Ingredients: Slowly add water to the mixture and mix until you obtain a homogeneous consistency.

  4. Add the Vegetables: Add the grated zucchini, chopped bell pepper, chopped green onion and grated carrot to the mixture. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.

  5. Pour onto the tray: Pour the mixture into a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly with a spatula.

  6. Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned. If necessary, turn and bake for another 5-10 minutes.


Remove the baked lavash from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then you can fill it with the ingredients you want and consume it.
