Ingredients
• 1/2 cabbage (frozen, then thawed and finely chopped; or boiled and drained)
• 1 red carrot
• 1 carrot
• 1 red bell pepper
• 3 cloves garlic
• 3 tablespoons quinoa flour
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
• Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, cumin, salt, black pepper
• Olive oil
• Rice paper wrappers (optional)
• Sesame seeds and parmesan for topping
Preparation
1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, red carrot, carrot, red bell pepper, garlic, quinoa flour, mozzarella, and all the spices.
2. Prepare for Baking: Spread the mixture evenly in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. For a layered roll, use rice paper wrappers to create layers.
