Ingredients
Banana Almond Milk Ice Cream
2 bananas, cut into 1cm pieces and frozen
1 tablespoon almond milk extract/almond butter (hazelnut butter etc.)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
Sugar-free dark chocolate, if desired
If you want it a little sweeter, you can add apple juice concentrate.
Strawberry Banana Almond Milk Ice Cream
2 bananas, cut into 1cm pieces and frozen
1 cup strawberries, stemmed, halved and frozen
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
1 tablespoon almond milk/almond butter (hazelnut butter etc.)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
