Ingredients

Banana Almond Milk Ice Cream

  • 2 bananas, cut into 1cm pieces and frozen

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk extract/almond butter (hazelnut butter etc.)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)


  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • Sugar-free dark chocolate, if desired

  • If you want it a little sweeter, you can add apple juice concentrate.


Strawberry Banana Almond Milk Ice Cream

  • 2 bananas, cut into 1cm pieces and frozen

  • 1 cup strawberries, stemmed, halved and frozen

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk/almond butter (hazelnut butter etc.)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • If you want it a little sweeter, you can add apple juice concentrate.

Preparation

1. Place frozen banana pieces in a food processor.

2. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

4. Serve immediately for a softer ice cream texture or transfer to a container and freeze for a firmer ice cream.
