Actually, I started out as Walnut and Pistachio Kadayif and made the remaining noodles into Kunefe. However, since the layers of kadayif were thick, the insides did not brown. Kunefe took the lead. 😆 If it is laid thinly, kadayif can be made with this method.

Ingredients
200gr Vermicelli rice noodles (boiled with water or milk)
3 tablespoons avocado oil
1 pack of string cheese
200ml date honey or apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon lemon juice
50ml water
Preparation
After boiling and draining the noodles, we oil them.
We spread half of the mixture into the greased mold.
We put cheese and some powdered peanuts on top and cover it with the remaining noodles.
It is very important that the noodles are thin, otherwise they will not fry.
On the other hand, we let the sherbet we cooked with date juice, water and lemon juice cool.
Once it is fried, we pour the syrup over it and wait for it to absorb it.
It won't take much but it will make you happy 😁
We serve with powdered pistachios 😋
