Celery Appetizer That Can't Be Shared

Everyone in the house who doesn't like celery ate it 😆 in fact, when it was finished quickly, they started asking if there was any more. I can't describe the taste, I say you have to experience it, I have nothing else to say 😆 Let's move on to the recipe.
PREPARATION:

4 servings
Ingredients
2 medium celery
2 medium onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 handful of cashews (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
grated nutmeg as desired
roasted almonds without skins for topping
Preparation
Dice the celery and onion, arrange them side by side with the garlic and bake them in the oven with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Once cooked, separate half of the garlic and onion.
Add the remaining onion, garlic, celery and cashews and a little hot water and process until smooth.
Spices can be added if necessary. I added nutmeg.
We put it on a serving plate, place the remaining onion and garlic in the middle and sprinkle the almonds on top.
If you have celery left in the fridge like me, try it right away 😋
