• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 1/2 medium banana

• 3 walnuts (soaked in water)

• Boiling water

1. Pour boiling water over the oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon in a bowl. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.

2. Top with banana slices, almond butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and the 3 walnuts.
