Homemade Chicken Salami Without Additives

I started out with chicken meatballs, but since its consistency was a bit runny, it wasn't suitable for individual portions. I thought I'd cook it whole since I didn't want to add more oats. I guess there was a steam effect when I wrapped it around it and cooked it in a roll. It first swelled, then deflated, and the outer shell formed. It was more delicious than regular salami :) Maybe if I had put it in the freezer, it would have been sliced thinner. It was a great snack for me, in between sandwiches, on top of buckwheat puffs.
PREPARATION:
30 minutes
COOKING:
1.5 hours
PORTION:
30 servings
Ingredients
1 carrot
1 capia pepper
1 handful of parsley
3 sprigs of green onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 pack of organic chicken breast
1.5 teaspoons each of cumin, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup finely ground oats (add little by little)
Water if necessary
Preparation
1. Add the oats and water into the food processor and process them one by one, adding them last.
2. The amount of water varies depending on the type of oatmeal, but I added 3/4 cup of oatmeal. I added 2 tablespoons of water. The consistency is sticky but it will come together in the food processor. It will turn as a whole in the end anyway.
3. I put the mixture on wax paper and rolled it up. I mean it is closed on all sides.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
5. It can be eaten sliced, either hot or cold.
6. Put it in the freezer and cut it into thinner pieces to consume.
