Detox Soup

It is both nutritious, delicious and detoxifying with a green salad. There is no limit, you can eat it until you are full 😆

PREPARATION:

Ingredients

  • ¼ white cabbage

  • 2 sprigs of leek

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 handful of spinach or chard leaves

  • 1 white onion

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of red lentils

  • 1.5 liters of drinking water

  • 1 pinch of salt (you can use Himalayan salt)

  • olive oil

  • after cooking turmeric-black pepper-cumin

Preparation

  1. I threw it all into the pot and cooked it until it got soft.
