Ingredients
¼ white cabbage
2 sprigs of leek
1 carrot
1 handful of spinach or chard leaves
1 white onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of red lentils
1.5 liters of drinking water
1 pinch of salt (you can use Himalayan salt)
olive oil
after cooking turmeric-black pepper-cumin
Preparation
I threw it all into the pot and cooked it until it got soft.
Then I put it in the blender and seasoned it 🤗
