Try this delicious and healthy fruit crumble recipe! Perfect for 10 servings, this recipe is prepared with nutritious ingredients such as buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, oats and chia seeds. Crowned with a delicious combination of strawberries, almonds and raisins, this dessert is both delicious and nutritious. You can also use other fruits instead of strawberries. Ingredients

Pastry


  • 1 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1/4 cup sorghum flour

  • 1 cup fine oats

  • 3 teaspoons of topika

  • 3 teaspoons of cauliflower

  • 3 teaspoons of chia seeds

  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate

  • 1-2 tablespoons of cold water

  • Pinch of salt


Fruit base


  • 500gr strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of cracked almonds

  • 1/2 cup raisins or 3 tablespoons apple juice concentrate

Preparation

  1. We cut the fruits randomly, add the raisins and apple juice concentrate and place them in a lightly greased baking pan.

  2. We cook it in a 150 degree fan oven with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

  3. On the one hand, we first combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add the liquid ingredients, then mash and mix with a fork to obtain a dough that falls apart into pieces. We let the dough rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  4. We add chia seeds and, if desired, broken almonds to the cooked fruits while they are hot and mix them. We spread the dough that we took out of the fridge on top of it with our hands.

  5. We cook it in a 180 degree fan oven, first with the lid closed for 10 minutes, then without the lid for 10 minutes until golden brown.

  6. You can serve it while it is still hot, or after it has cooled down a bit and left in the refrigerator for 1 day, you can serve it.

  7. I served it with vegan yogurt, but ice cream would also be great 🤗
