Ingredients
100gr chickpeas
250ml water
salt
2 tablespoons vegetable seasoning
1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, thyme, paprika, black pepper
Preparation
It's actually pretty easy.
I washed the chickpeas I measured and soaked them in carbonated water overnight.
In the morning I just drained it and put it in the blender without rinsing it.
I added water and salt and blended it in the blender at high speed.
I added the spices and gave it another short stir.
Then I put it directly into the pot and cooked it until it boiled and reached the right consistency.
Then I poured it into the glass container that I had slightly wetted.
I put it in the fridge to rest for at least 6 hours or overnight.
I took it out of the mold, cut it into cubes and fried it in the Air Fryer at 180° for 15 minutes with a little olive oil.
