Asparagus with Almonds

When it is in season, you should eat it in abundance. Whether boiled, sautéed or baked. It goes well with pasta, meat dishes, salads and everything else :)

Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus (300gr)
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil/safflower oil
Salt and pepper as desired
40 g raw almonds without skin
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
After washing the asparagus and removing the hard parts, we cut it into 4 lengthwise.
Chop 4 cloves of garlic randomly and throw them in. Combine them in the pot.
We add as much salt and pepper as you want, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of water and cook.
In another bowl, we roast the almonds with a little salt and without oil.
When both are cooked, we combine them. We pour lemon juice on it.
